  • 1 x 90 min in person appointment to establish goals and outcome measures

  • 5 x 45 min 1 on 1 personal training sessions

  • A daily training plan individualised for you and your goals

  • Weekly Nutrition plan building on required daily macros for training days and sedentary days

  • Weekly lifestyle advice to implement change in all areas and to improve performance (ie managing sleep, stress, and work life balance)

  • An individualised recommendation and dosage for supplements that are evidence based and effective

  • 3-4 per week 'check-ins' to monitor diet and exercise progress

  • 60min in person follow up in week 8 to review outcome measures

  • NOTE: all 1 on 1 sessions can be done in your garage if appropriate or local park .

The quick fix

Duration: 4 weeks

  • A 3-5 days per week training plan individualised for you and your goals

  • Nutrition guidelines with suggested daily macros individualised to you.

Training is easy but ‘WHAT DO I EAT?!’

Duration: 4 weeks
Investment: $480

  • 1 x 60min in person or zoom appointment to discuss current lifestyle and goals

  • Review of current diet and training

  • Weekly Nutrition plan building on required daily macros for training days and sedentary days

  • Weekly lifestyle advice to implement change in all areas and to improve performance (ie managing sleep, stress, and work life balance)

  • An individualised recommendation and dosage for supplements that are evidence based and effective

  • 3-4 per week 'check-ins' to monitor and diet offer guidance where needed

'I just need a personal trainer (but I want a really good, overqualified one)’

Min 2 sessions
Investment: Initial 90min $165, 50min $95

  • 90 min - goal setting and outcome measures (compulsory intro session)

  • 45 min - let’s just train (with a results driven program)
