What happens when the 8 weeks/4 weeks/2 weeks is over?

I offer follow up check-ins and progressive training plans. I can send through virtual programs that can be done independently or weekly personal training at your own home or park. Costs can be individualised depending on your needs.

What sort of training do you offer?

This is highly individualised based on your goals and current fitness level. Whether you want to run a marathon, do a triathlon, master the pull-up or just feel fit and strong I can tailor a program for you. However, almost all my programs will incorporate at least 2 days of weight training.

I don’t have access to a gym or any equipment - how do I ‘weight train’?

This is fine. I have equipment I can bring to you. For your independent workouts we can program a body weight workout and utilise whatever you have at home or in the park.

The ongoing training is a bit exxy. Can I bring a friend to cut costs?

Yes of course! In fact I encourage group training. Adds to the fun and accountability. 2 pax $90/45min, 3pax $90/45, 4pax $100/45min. However, I would still encourage each individual to complete the 90 min $150 intro session to establish goals and outcome measures.

I’m a working mum and very time poor. How will I fit in exercise and a new diet?

This is a huge challenge that I 100% understand. All my in person training sessions will be within school hours (between 9 and 230) and also some Saturday and Sunday afternoon sessions. Usually I can find a timeslot that suits however if these hours are impossible for you we may have to focus on the nutrition and online training only. My nutrition plans are slow building. We will try and implement small changes each week so as not to overwhelm your already hectic schedule.

How do I track all these changes?

I encourage anyone undertaking a lifestyle or dietary change to keep an online journal or even old fashioned paper diary - at least initially. I can send one through excel that tracks your diet, exercise, sleep, menstrual cycle and mood.

Throughout the program I will also provide tables to be filled out weekly to monitor macros and peri/menopause symptoms (if applicable)

At the end of the 8 week package we will re assess all our performance metrics and outcome measures. And anyone working with me through the PT package will also have these metrics reassessed.
