This is not meant to be a quick fix, but a long lasting solution.  We will do a deep dive into your current health status, then use validated metrics and outcome measures to create a comprehensive plan to fit within your lifestyle and schedule.  We will also work together to produce long-term results through habit changes and education.

Meet Julia

Registered physiotherapist, mum of four and avid adventurer.  

I love ultra running, CrossFit, multi day hiking, skiing, scuba diving and adventure travel.  

I’ve worked as a physiotherapist for 15 years in the private and public sector working with patients of all ages and disability.  My main focus has been rehabilitation, lifestyle and exercise programming to help patients achieve their short and long term goals post stroke, surgery and illness. 

I have a keen personal interest in women’s health and sports performance which has led me to further my study in nutrition and longevity.  

I am a qualified Pilates instructor and have completed the Australian Physiotherapy Association’s ‘Sports Physiotherapy’ course. I am also currently completing my Cert IV in Nutrition and Coaching

I also have experience in 1 on 1 personal training and as a group fitness instructor.
